✰ How long will it take for me to receive my item?
For all site orders (including customs), the turnaround time 1-2 weeks. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS and usually arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on where you live.
✰ Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes! Tracking is sent via the email you used for your order.
✰ What is your return/refund policy?
Since all items are made-to-order and one-of-a-kind, there will be no returns or refunds, unless item is somehow flawed upon reception. In this case, please use the contact form on this site, explaining the situation and including your order number.
✰ What pictures am I able to use for custom orders?
For custom orders, any picture can be used, even ones you took yourself! We usually recommend pictures with a portrait orientation rather on landscape, as they tend to look better on shirts.
✰ What are the care instructions for my shirt?
The care instructions can be found on the inside label of the item, and also on our Instagram story highlight. For your convenience, here they are:
- Wash inside out
- Machine wash on cold setting
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Do not use hot water
- Do not leave wet
- Tumble dry on low or air dry
- Do not iron directly on print without a parchment paper
✰ How do I get the wrinkles out of the print?
It's totally normal if the print is slightly wrinkled after washing/drying. To get the wrinkles out, simply layer a piece of parchment paper over the print and dry iron.
